Do ensure that your activity and venue/location are safe for all involved	Do not send cash through the post
Do contact your local authority for advice on activities such as raffles or selling food	Do not allow children to collect donations/sponsorship unsupervised
Do supervise children at all times	Do not carry out door-to-door street collections without the necessary licenses
Do remind people to add Gift Aid to their donations/sponsorship
Do return funds as promptly as possible

Adoption UK has teamed up with Just Giving and Virgin Money Giving to make collecting sponsorship and returning it to Adoption UK, even easier! You can create your own fundraising page and easily forward the link to family, friends and colleagues.

Other ways to return funds to Adoption UK

All major credit/debit cards accepted. Please ensure that you include the name of your fundraising activity on the donation form so that we can match this with your registration details. Please then send any accompanying sponsorship forms and Gift Aid declarations to us in the post.

Please make cheques and postal orders payable to ‘Adoption UK’ and send to Fundraising Team, Adoption UK, Linden House, 55 The Green, South Bar Street, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX16 9AB. Please enclose any accompanying sponsorship forms and Gift Aid declarations.

If you would like to pay by card over the phone, please contact us on 01295 752240 and ask to speak to the Fundraising Team. Please then send any accompanying sponsorship forms and Gift Aid declarations to us in the post.

Please remember to return your completed Gift Aid declarations with your funds.

Don't forget your photographs!

Don’t forget to send photos of your fundraising activities which may be published in Adoption Today magazine, on our website or in future fundraising materials. Please ensure a completed photo release form accompanies them and return either by post or email.
