Are you a member of Adoption UK? Are you, or a partner who is named on your membership, a UK tax payer? If so, your support could be worth up to £11.75 to us!
You can make your membership fee and donations go further by completing a Gift Aid declaration form.
Completing and returning the form doesn't cost you anything extra, but enables Adoption UK to claim Gift Aid tax relief of 25p on every pound you give, or have given in the past.
This extra income makes a real difference to the support that we can offer adoptive families.
