Submission Information
Download the relevant forms, fill them in and email them with the photograph(s) to childrenwhowait@adoptionuk.org.uk
Please submit Children Who Wait referral forms by email whenever possible.
Photographs of children that are emailed as Jpeg files give the best quality reproduction in Children Who Wait magazine, although prints can be posted to us to be scanned. The better the quality of the original photograph the better the quality of the image printed in the magazine.
A short video as well as additional photographs and images including children's drawings and writings can also be uploaded onto Children Who Wait Online. Please post videos on a disc to Children Who Wait, Adoption UK, Linden House, 55 The Green, South Bar Street, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX16 9AB.
Upload Dates:
Online profiles will be uploaded by the month-end of the month preceding the online and magazine’s issue date. However, we will always endeavour to upload profiles onto Children Who Wait Online within 10 days of receiving them or at the earliest possible opportunity.

Adoption UK reserves the right to edit any profile as necessary to suit the feature size selected but wherever possible the agency/social worker will be consulted on any substantial changes to the text. If a profile is submitted after the copy deadline and it is not possible to contact the agency due to time constraints the judgement of the editors will be final.
