Early March 2000 and a new arrival, 14 month olds and a family life ahead full of promise. Twelve years later wondering what it is all about, on the brink of falling apart amidst trauma, attachment disorder and depression. Now a ray of hope, after years of feeling unheard, unsupported and misunderstood. My blog – an outlet to give me a voice. Also the chance that my experience will useful to someone else.

Time to make important decisions, I know I cannot send a letter to Db, he cannot really read anyway, but I have been writing one in my head for days. Maybe actually putting 'pen to paper' is part of the journey I need to take.
